We offer 10 year install warranty on all of our products in addition to the manufactures warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?

What is your Standard Shingle Roof?
We have Changed our Standard Shingle to TAMCO TITAN Architectual Shingles with peel and stick watershield for the entire roof.
Are you Local?
Yes, all of us with Complete Building Solutions live in Cape Coral and our office is located on Del Prado.
How do you respond to phone calls and emails?
We will answer your calls or reply promptly by text. All emails will be answered with-in 24 hours.
Do you use roof deck tape?
We typically do not use roof deck tape because our standard practice is to use peel and stick underlayment instead of felt paper. Peel and stick adheres to the roof deck the same as the deck tape but covers every inch of the roof instead of just the seams.
How do you accept payments?
We accept cash, check Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, financing and insurance payments.
Do you take care of the dumpster, permits and inspections?
Yes, all of these are part of our standard practice.
Do your roof jobs include gutters?
Gutters are not always included, but we do offer gutters, facia and soffits for a reasonable cost.
What are you charging per square?
This is always a loaded question as every roof is different and companies have different standard install procedures. Every roof varies based on how many linear feet of hip/ridge and valleys are on your roof . With most SW Florida roofs our standard roof install averages $575 per square for Hurricane Shingles, $800 for 5v and $1000 for tile and Standing Seam.
